  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry pancakes from pancake flour with milk? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Sift flour into a deep bowl, add sugar, salt and mix. Do not ignore sifting the flour, this way you will not only get rid of possible impurities and debris, but also saturate the flour with oxygen, which will make the finished pancakes more tender.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork or whisk until smooth.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Mix everything thoroughly so that the eggs are completely dispersed in the flour.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Then pour in the milk little by little, stirring each time with a fork or whisk. The batter should be smooth in consistency and slightly thicker than regular pancake batter. You may need a little more or less flour. You can read more about flour and its properties in the article at the link at the end of the recipe. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave for an hour at room temperature. After an hour, remove the film from the bowl, stir the dough and pour in the vegetable oil.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

You can move on to frying pancakes. Grease a frying pan with a piece of butter and heat it. Read about how to choose the perfect frying pan, as well as how to choose the right oil, in separate articles, links at the end of the recipe. Pour the dough into the frying pan, distributing it evenly over the entire surface. Fry the pancake on one side until golden brown over low heat, then turn over and fry on the other side until golden brown.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

When frying subsequent batches of pancakes, the frying time will decrease, since the pan will already be well heated. Remove the finished pancake from the pan and immediately grease it with butter. In the same way, fry pancakes from all the dough.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Serve pancakes with jam, preserves or condensed milk. Bon appetit!

For breakfast I made pancakes using pancake flour and milk according to the recipe. I made the dough using regular premium wheat flour, added 1 tsp. with a heap of baking powder. For the desired consistency, add 100 ml of whey. I didn't add sugar. Before each pancake, I greased the frying pan with refined sunflower oil. The pancakes turned out beautiful, delicate and most importantly delicious!
