I've never made pancake cakes before. Although KK has long kept similar recipes for itself. I noticed this recipe for Pancake Chocolate Cake thanks to Natalia. I really liked this recipe. Everyone in our family loves chocolate))) After carefully reading the recipe and photo review, I immediately added more milk to the pancake dough. The pancakes turned out great. They turned over and filmed well. I prepared the chocolate custard quickly; I used milk chocolate, which was available. In the evening I assembled the cake and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Decorated with grated milk and white chocolate. A wonderful dessert was ready for the morning! The cake turned out very tasty, tender, with a pronounced chocolate taste! The cake pieces held their shape well and did not fall apart. Ekaterina, thank you so much for such a great recipe. I saved it in KK and will definitely cook it again. Next time I’ll take dark chocolate, I’m sure the taste will be even more chocolatey. I recommend this recipe, because preparing the cake is really not as difficult as it seems. The cake was ready when my daughter arrived from kindergarten) I chose the chocolate option, she and I are chocolate lovers. I kneaded the dough quickly, I also didn’t have enough milk, so I added about 100-150 ml. I baked it in a large frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm. It turned out nine pancakes. My favorite custard cream, I was very pleased that chocolate was added to it. Until I tried adding chocolate instead of cocoa to the cream and dough, I thought there was no difference. And here it is! Chocolate gives a very delicate and pleasant taste and consistency. Therefore, for those who will repeat the recipe, I do not advise replacing chocolate with cocoa) In the cream, I replaced one spoon of flour with corn starch, it turned out well. The chocolate cream turned out very tasty and tender! I quickly assembled the cake and grated a couple of chocolate chips on top. My cake didn’t have time to sit in the refrigerator for three hours) But it was definitely not dry, the pancakes were well glued together with cream and the cake pieces kept their shape perfectly. The cake is simply magical, very tasty, tender, and most importantly chocolate! I recommend everyone to cook, it’s not as difficult as it seems)
