Oyster mushroom julienne (julienne)

A delicious warm snack that's easy and quick to prepare! Oyster mushrooms do not need to be peeled - they are grown in special chambers at high air humidity. The legs of oyster mushrooms are a bit tough, so it is better to cut them off and cook them separately. Oyster mushrooms do not need to be boiled or blanched first. Oyster mushroom dishes, regardless of cooking method, retain a pronounced mushroom taste and aroma, as well as beneficial properties.

I liked oyster mushroom julienne (julienne) even more than champignon julienne, which I often cook; the dish has a brighter and more expressive mushroom taste. I did everything according to the recipe, only with less cheese (I had a very small piece of Dutch cheese). At the stage when the mushrooms were already well fried with onions and stewed with flour and sour cream, I could barely resist the temptation to stop cooking and dine on what I got))) Still, I sprinkled the dish with cheese and simmered it in the oven, as recommended in the recipe. The result was pleasantly surprising, the julienne turned out incredibly tasty and aromatic, mushroom lovers will appreciate it! The recipe is wonderful, the idea of using oyster mushrooms for julienne is great!! Thank you!

An incredibly tasty and aromatic dish of mushrooms with sour cream! A very tasty and tender dish with a creamy taste. The cheese forms a golden crust, and all the flavors are sealed inside. Mushrooms prepared according to this recipe will not leave anyone indifferent. Thank you very much for the recipe!
