STEP 1
How to make an omelette with ham and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The quantity and proportions of ingredients depend entirely on your preferences. You can add more ham with tomatoes or more eggs with cheese.

Cut the ham into small cubes.

Heat the omelette pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Add the chopped ham and fry for a minute over low heat.
STEP 4
In a separate bowl, combine eggs with milk. Add some salt and spices. Whisk everything until smooth. When adding salt, keep in mind that the ham is already salted and will add its own flavor to the omelet.

Add grated cheese to the egg mixture. You can use any cheese, as long as it melts well and is easy to grate. Mix cheese with eggs.
STEP 6
Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and remove the stem. Dice the tomatoes and add to the pan with the ham. Fry the tomatoes and ham for a couple more minutes to soften them.

Pour the egg mixture over the ham and tomatoes and cover the pan with a lid. Cook the omelette over low heat for 5-7 minutes. During this time, all the ingredients will have time to bake. The main thing is that you don’t need to turn up the heat so much that the omelette doesn’t start to burn.
STEP 8
Remove the finished omelette from the heat and serve hot. When serving, sprinkle the omelette with chopped herbs. Bon appetit!
