On a frosty winter morning, a hearty hot breakfast is a must. I made this omelet for my husband for breakfast before his work day. Omelette is not only healthy, but also very tasty! I usually add the filling directly to the egg-milk mixture, but the recipe calls for frying the sausage. And fried sausage, of course, is much tastier) I had regular boiled sausage without fat. I took frozen tomatoes, doused them with warm boiled water and lightly fried them too. I liked adding grated cheese directly to the omelette mixture; the omelette turned out with a rich cheese flavor and was quite dense. This is a great breakfast, beautiful and tasty.

I made an omelette in a frying pan with sausage and cheese for breakfast using this recipe. I fried the boiled sausage, added tomatoes and simmered it a little more in a frying pan.
