STEP 1

How to make an omelette with sausage and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any sausage for the omelette, but I really like boiled sausage. Take any cheese, the main thing is that it can be easily grated. Tomatoes can be large or small cherry.
STEP 2

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into slices or cubes. Cut the boiled sausage into cubes.
STEP 3

In a separate bowl, combine milk and eggs. Add a little salt and spices to taste. I use a mixture of ground peppers as a spice. Whisk all the ingredients a little until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
STEP 4

Add grated cheese to the bowl with the eggs. Stir it into the egg mixture.
STEP 5

Heat a frying pan until hot and add the chopped sausage. Fry it a little. Then add chopped tomatoes to the pan. Fry them with the sausage for a minute. During this time they will become softer.
STEP 6

Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and tomatoes. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelette over low heat for about 8-10 minutes. Don't make the fire big. The omelette will burn, but will not have time to cook on top.
STEP 7

Omelette with sausage and cheese is ready! Add some fresh herbs and serve. Bon appetit!
