Okroshka on kefir with beef
A tender dish with a pleasant sourness will add summer lightness to your diet. For a hot summer, or just a change in food, prepare okroshka. Okroshka contains few calories, which cannot but please fans of healthy food. A multi-pressure cooker will speed up the cooking of beef, and kefir made from Orsik’s starter will make okroshka as beneficial as possible for your body.
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr
STEP 1
Prepare food by washing and peeling vegetables.
STEP 2
Cut the cucumbers into medium cubes, the onions and garlic into small ones.
STEP 3
Boil chicken eggs hard and cut them in the same way.
STEP 4
Cut the beef into cubes and cook in salted water until cooked
STEP 5
Mix everything in one bowl
STEP 6
Pour in kefir and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
STEP 7
Serve cold, sprinkled with pieces of meat and herbs

Nice recipe with a small number of ingredients. The only thing missing is mustard for some piquancy.
