STEP 1
How to make Obzhorka salad with sausage? Prepare the following products: sausage, carrots, onions, pickled cucumbers, parsley, salt, mayonnaise. To fry the ingredients, use sunflower oil.
STEP 2
Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.

Cut the onion into half rings.
