STEP 1
Let's prepare the ingredients for the pie. This one is prepared without wheat flour, so it turns out to be practically dietary. Using cottage cheese in this baking not only makes the pie more tender and tasty, but also healthy, rich in calcium. We wash the oatmeal with clean water and dry it. Using a coffee grinder or other similar device, turn half of the oatmeal into flour.
STEP 2
Transfer the second half of the whole flakes into a deep bowl and pour in kefir, leaving for 20 minutes so that they swell well.
STEP 3
It is better to use natural country cottage cheese for the pie. If you want to make a low-calorie pie, you can use low-fat cottage cheese. Place the cottage cheese in another bowl, beat in a chicken egg, add a little sugar or honey to taste and desire. Grind these ingredients together with a blender or mixer to a paste.
STEP 4
Peel the banana and mash it into a puree. It can easily replace sugar in a pie, and it will also give the pie a pleasant aroma.
STEP 5
We wash the raisins under running water, pour boiling water over them and leave for 15 minutes to swell. Then drain the water and dry the raisins. If desired, you can use other dried fruits, for example, prunes and dried apricots. Dried fruits also need to be washed, steamed, finely chopped and cut into cubes.
STEP 6
Combine the curd and oatmeal masses in a bowl, add oatmeal, raisins, banana puree and baking powder. If desired, you can add a pinch of vanillin to obtain a pleasant aroma. Mix the ingredients until smooth. Let the dough rest on the counter for 25 minutes.
STEP 7
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle the bottom and walls with oatmeal or wheat flour so that the cake can be easily removed from the mold after baking. Bake the pie for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the mold and let cool slightly.
STEP 8
Serve the pie with tea, coffee or milk. Enjoy your tea!
