Very good idea. Such bars are very useful, especially for a growing child’s body, but we will know exactly what they are made from. And then in stores, when you read the composition of such products, you are horrified by how many additives there are; you don’t want to eat it yourself, let alone give it to a child. So your recipe is a godsend, you can give it to your child at school and just offer it to your family for tea.
