STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients. Oatmeal cookies without butter and flour require a minimum of ingredients that can always be found in every home, which allows them to be prepared often. It also doesn’t take much time to prepare it. It is better to take “Extra” oatmeal, it is clean, does not contain debris and various impurities and is ready to eat, so it does not need to be pre-washed. STEP 2

If you use simple rolled oats, then it is better to rinse and dry it. In addition to dust, excess flour will be washed out of it, which will make the cookies even lower in calories. Place oatmeal in a bowl. Add sugar and salt. Sugar can be replaced with a sweetener, or, if there is no allergy, with honey. Then the cookies will turn out with a pleasant honey note in taste.
STEP 3

Beat in chicken eggs. It’s better to beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring the cereal well each time so that the chicken egg disperses well and combines all the crushed grains with each other. You can add a pinch of vanillin to the cookie preparation so that the specific taste of chicken eggs is not felt.

Mix the mass well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with vegetable oil. Spread a tablespoon of oatmeal dough. No more than one tablespoon of dough per cookie, as it will spread during baking. Place the cookies at a distance from each other so that they do not stick together.
