STEP 1
How to make nuggets in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary products. Nuggets can be created not only from chicken fillet, but also from legs, thighs, even drumsticks, the main thing is to cut off the skin from the purchased parts of the chicken carcass. Depending on the size of the fillet, you may need 1-2 chicken eggs for breading.
STEP 2
Wash the chicken fillet, cut off the films from it, cut each into long strips no more than 1 cm thick. If you wish, you can choose another cutting method.
STEP 3
Break the chicken eggs into a deep container, beat with a fork or whisk into a fluffy foam for about 1-2 minutes. There is no need to beat vigorously, you just need to thoroughly mix the yolks and whites
STEP 4
Chop chips of any flavor with your hands, placing them in a small bag. You can use a pastry hammer, but then place the bag of chips in an additional bag to prevent the breading from scattering across the work surface.
STEP 5
Place wheat flour on a plate and add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Stir gently. Dip each piece of chicken fillet on both sides into the flour with spices - this method of mixing spices with flour will save you time from sprinkling each piece with spices separately.
STEP 6
Then place a piece of floured fillet into the beaten egg mixture.
STEP 7
Mix crushed chips with breadcrumbs in a deep container or bowl.
STEP 8
Bread in them a piece of chicken fillet removed from the beaten egg mass. After frying, this breading becomes crispy, tasty and bright in appearance.
STEP 9
Bread the rest of the chicken fillet in this manner, placing it on a board or wide plate or dish.
STEP 10
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it. Heat the oil over medium heat until the oil boils, add the breaded pieces. If the oil is not heated properly, the breading will absorb it and fall off during the frying process, without forming a golden brown crust, so there is no need to rush in this matter! Fry the nuggets on one side for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat, flip and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 11
Place the prepared dish on paper napkins lined on a plate. The paper will absorb excess fat - this is very important, especially if children will also eat the dish!
STEP 12
Serve the rosy, aromatic nuggets with ketchup, classic yogurt, garlic mayonnaise, and don’t forget about fresh herbs and vegetables.
