I cooked nuggets in a frying pan for dinner. I had almost 800 grams of chicken fillet. I took regular chips with salt, without any flavoring additives. I used category C1 eggs. I beat the chicken breasts a little with a hammer beforehand. Fry breaded chicken over medium heat. Since my pieces turned out to be thick, I fried the nuggets for 4-5 minutes on each side. Thanks for the easy nugget recipe! To make the breading crispy when frying, you can use Ottogi breadcrumbs (Korea) instead of chips. Very tasty too!
