STEP 1
Defrost the mussels, cut off the leg on which it is attached to the flap with a sharp knife.
STEP 2
For the cheese-garlic sauce, grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. I used Belebeevsky MK Belster Young cheese - a hard, aromatic cheese, an excellent alternative to Parmesan.
STEP 3
Mix sour cream with soy sauce.
STEP 4
Add grated cheese and garlic
STEP 5
Pepper, add chopped herbs, mix.
STEP 6
Fill the mussels with cheese sauce, place in a mold, sprinkle with cheese, bake for 10 minutes at 200 C in convection mode.
