  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make julienne with mushrooms, chicken, sour cream, cheese? Prepare your food. In addition to the legs, you can take any parts of the chicken, bone-in or boneless; I used thigh fillets. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content. You can use cream instead.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Boil the chicken meat first. Boil clean water and salt it. Place the chicken in boiling water and cook until done; the cooking time will depend on what parts you have. I cooked the thigh fillet for 40 minutes. Cool the meat directly in the broth - it will be juicier this way. You can also fry the chicken instead of boiling it.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Carefully wash the champignons to remove dirt. Do not wet them too much - once saturated with moisture, the mushrooms become watery and not tasty. Dry clean champignons with paper towels. Cut them into small pieces.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Also finely chop the chicken meat. If you have chicken parts with bones, first separate the meat from them.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Pour vegetable oil for frying onto it and place a piece of butter. Creamy will give the product a pleasant taste, and vegetable will not allow it to burn, since it has a higher combustion temperature. Place chopped onion in oil. Fry it for a few minutes until translucent.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add mushrooms to the onion and stir. Salt and pepper them. Mushrooms will release a lot of liquid from the salt. Fry them, stirring, until it evaporates, about 10 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Then place the chicken in the pan. Stir.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Add flour and mix the mixture again.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Immediately add sour cream, stir and wait until it boils. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little hot water to bring it to the desired consistency. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the chicken and mushrooms for a couple of minutes.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Take suitable dishes for baking julienne. Place the resulting mass into it. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place it in the oven, preheated to 180°C.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Wait for the cheese to melt, this will take 10-15 minutes. Then remove the julienne pans from the oven.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Serve the julienne to the table. Bon appetit!
