First of all, prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing homemade meat cutlets with a golden brown crust.

    To prepare homemade cutlets, take a suitable frying pan and place it on the stove that is turned on, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and lay out one large head of onion, finely chopped, then stir and fry the onions at medium heat on the stove until transparent, then set the pan aside aside and cool the cooked onions.

    Take a fine grater and a deep plate, then grate two hundred grams of pre-peeled potatoes into the plate.
