Minnie Mouse cake for girls
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
To prepare the sponge cake, beat the eggs and sugar for a few minutes. During the beating process they will increase in volume and become very fluffy.
STEP 2
Separately, bring the butter and milk to a boil. Sift flour with soda and vanilla through a sieve. Add the flour and milk mixture to the beaten eggs alternately.
STEP 3
The finished dough should remain fluffy and airy.
STEP 4
Pour the finished dough onto three baking trays lined with baking paper and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes each. Cool the finished biscuits.
STEP 5
To prepare the filling, peel the oranges and cut the pulp into pieces. Add sugar and starch to them and mix well.
STEP 6
With constant stirring, bring the mixture to a boil. When heated, the filling will become thick. Cool the finished filling.
STEP 7
Cut out the outline of Mickey Mouse from the cooled sponge cakes.
STEP 8
For the cream, whip the cream, with a fat content of 33% or more, along with powdered sugar. The cream should be stable and airy.
STEP 9
You can use orange juice to soak the sponge cake. Soak the sponge cake layers and brush them with cream. Place the orange filling on the cream, distributing it evenly over the entire surface. But don't go all the way to the edges so that the filling doesn't leak out when assembling.
STEP 10
So collect the whole cake. Cover the top and sides of the cake with cream and put it in the refrigerator for several hours to soak and harden.
STEP 11
To decorate, melt the chocolate with a little cream. Cool. Draw all the contours with chocolate.
STEP 12
For external decoration, prepare a cream from heavy cream and powdered sugar. Beat them together until smooth and creamy. Color the cream piece by piece with dyes of the required colors and decorate the cake over the entire surface. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour so that the decoration hardens a little. Enjoy your tea!
