Mini pizzas with boiled sausage and cherry tomatoes

A very quick and satisfying mini pizza recipe. Pizza is an Italian national dish in the form of a round flatbread covered, in the classic version, with tomato sauce and melted cheese (usually Mozzarella). Classic pizza dough is made from special flour and live yeast, salt and water. The dough is kneaded by hand and rested, after which it is divided into balls from which the pizza base is formed. Since the ancient times of pizza, many housewives have made their own adjustments to the classic recipe, which only makes it better.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Prepare all ingredients. Instead of boiled sausage, you can choose smoked or semi-smoked sausage, use meat, chicken, bacon, whatever you like in the filling.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare the dough, mix the egg, softened butter and sour cream until smooth. Add baking powder and sifted flour and knead into a soft and elastic dough. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes and start preparing the filling for the mini pizzas.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

To prepare it, cut the sausage into strips or cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the cherry tomatoes into slices and finely chop the dill.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Roll out the rested dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and squeeze out a circle with a glass (from this amount of dough I got 8 bases for mini-pizzas), place the bases on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

We put the filling on the base: mayonnaise, sausage, a little cheese, tomatoes, cheese. Place the mini-pizzas in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the top of the finished mini-pizzas with chopped dill, let cool slightly and serve.
