STEP 1

How to quite simply and quickly prepare juicy fish cutlets from minced pollock with onions, butter and a chicken egg, which many will definitely like for their excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices for preparing delicious minced fish cutlets in a frying pan.
STEP 2

To prepare minced fish, take a deep bowl and place seventy grams of white bread into it in pieces, then pour one hundred and fifty milliliters of milk at room temperature into the bowl and soak the pieces of bread.
STEP 3

Take a meat grinder and place the middle rack, then twist seven hundred grams of pollock fillet into a large bowl, which alternate with pre-finely chopped and fried one head of onion, white bread soaked in milk and sixty grams of frozen butter until a homogeneous minced fish is obtained.
STEP 4

Add one chicken egg, two tablespoons of semolina, salt and ground black pepper to the bowl with minced fish.
STEP 5

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with minced fish and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.
STEP 6

After time, take the required amount of infused minced fish and form it into cutlets of the desired size.
STEP 7

Roll the formed fish cutlets in a small amount of premium wheat flour and give them a more rounded shape.
STEP 8

Take a frying pan and place it on the stove, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and heat it, then place the fish cutlets in the frying pan and fry them on one side until golden brown over medium heat on the stove.
STEP 9

Turn the cutlets over in the frying pan, then cover it with a lid and continue frying the fish cutlets on low heat for seven to ten minutes until fully cooked.
