  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients. You can take ready-made minced meat or grind it yourself from meat in a meat grinder. It is better to use minced meat from a mixture of pork and beef, then the dish will turn out especially juicy, tender and tasty. Add salt and ground black pepper to the prepared minced meat to taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Wash the potatoes, peel them and grate them on a medium grater. To prevent the potatoes from darkening, they should be cooked last for the dish.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Wash the chicken eggs with soap, put them in a saucepan, fill them with water, put them on the fire and boil them hard. Let them cool. In order for them to cool faster and clean well, fill them with ice water. Finely chop the cooled eggs or cut them with a knife. Mix crushed boiled eggs with one tablespoon of thick sour cream.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the onions and carrots until lightly browned.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Use your hands to make small cakes with your hands with a hole in the center. If the minced meat turns out to be too dry, you can add a little water to it. Place the minced meat cakes on the bottom of the mold, leaving space between them. Spoon some boiled eggs onto each minced cake. Next is vegetable frying from onions and carrots.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Then grated potatoes. Let's salt it a little. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 30 minutes, remove the foil from the pan and put the dish back in the oven so that the cheese melts. 5 minutes is enough. The times are approximate, use your technique. I made cutlets for dinner in a new way. I used this recipe as a base, but changed the filling a little. I fried the onion without the carrots and added a tomato for juiciness. I had young potatoes and pre-boiled eggs. I chose chicken minced meat. I used gouda cheese, it is tasty and melts well. I formed cutlets from the minced meat, laid out the filling and baked. Everything is very simple and fast. Great recipe! Minced meat racks in the oven are a great option for boring cutlets. The preparation is absolutely not difficult. The dish turns out not fatty, not fried, but baked. The cutlet is at the bottom and the filling is on top. An ideal dinner for the whole family. This is two in one - both a cutlet and a side dish. It turns out very tasty, satisfying and beautiful. Many thanks to the author!

The stacks turned out so beautiful, I’m taking them to KK, I’ll definitely make them. Can mayonnaise, for example, be replaced with sour cream? Thank you:)
