STEP 1
How to fry minced meat cutlets with semolina in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. For cutlets, take pork with a little lard. Cut it into pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Place the finished minced meat in the bowl in which you will make the cutlet mass. If you wish, you can buy ready-made minced meat.
STEP 2
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and pass through a meat grinder, following the meat. If you like the onion to be felt in the cutlets, then you can simply chop it finely with a knife. Add the chopped onion to the minced meat.
STEP 3
Add a little salt and spices to the minced meat to taste. Add some chopped herbs. Any. I use chopped dill. Mix the whole mass.

STEP 5
Knead the minced meat well and beat it several times on the bottom of the bowl. To do this, simply lift it with your hands and forcefully throw it into the bowl. When beating, the cutlet mass becomes denser and the cutlets will not fall apart during molding. Leave the finished minced meat to rest for 1 hour. During this time, the semolina will swell a little and absorb excess moisture.
STEP 6
Place breadcrumbs on a separate plate. Using your hands, form small patties and roll them in breadcrumbs.
STEP 7

The finished cutlets turn out delicious with a golden crust. You can serve delicious cutlets with semolina with a side dish of mashed potatoes and vegetable salad.
