STEP 1
How to make a minced chicken roll in the oven? Prepare your food. It is best to prepare minced meat yourself from chicken fillet. Any mushrooms can be used. I took frozen boiled forest ones. Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 2
Thaw frozen mushrooms first. Wash fresh, dry and cut into small pieces. If the mushrooms are wild, then boil them depending on the variety. Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. Finely chop the onion and fry along with the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Don’t forget to stir the mixture periodically so that the mushrooms don’t start to burn.
STEP 3
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder.
STEP 4
Add an egg and a little salt and spices to the minced chicken bowl. Use spices according to your taste. Mix the mixture well and beat it a little on the bottom of the bowl. Why beat minced meat? This is necessary so that the mass becomes denser and does not fall apart during cooking.
STEP 5
Place the prepared minced meat on a sheet of foil and spread it into a rectangle with your hands.
STEP 6
Place evenly fried mushrooms and onions on a layer of minced meat.
STEP 7
Then sprinkle everything generously with grated cheese. Press the cheese a little with your hands so that all the ingredients become closer to each other.
STEP 8
Using foil, roll everything into a roll.
STEP 9
Wrap the roll in foil like candy, twisting it around the edges. Transfer the roll to a metal baking dish and place in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 50 minutes. Be guided by your oven. It is better not to use a ceramic or glass mold, as it may burst due to overheating.
STEP 10
After the specified time, remove the roll from the oven and remove the foil. To brown the top, you can keep the roll under the grill (who has one). Cool the finished roll a little, cut into portions and place on a plate. Serve, garnished with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
