STEP 1

How to make cutlets from minced chicken and pork? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Scroll the pork and chicken fillet through a meat grinder and turn into minced meat. You can also buy minced meat already prepared.
STEP 2

To prepare the cutlet mass, take a convenient bowl and combine both types of minced meat in it. Soak the loaf in water or milk. Peel the onion. Following the meat, pass the onion and loaf through a meat grinder - add them to the minced meat.
STEP 3

Break an egg into a bowl. Add salt and spices to taste. For spices I use a little chopped pepper, paprika and dried basil.
STEP 4

Mix all ingredients well until smooth. Beat the cutlet mixture on the bottom of the bowl to make it denser. Thanks to this, the cutlets will not fall apart when frying.
STEP 5

Roll some of the cutlet mixture in breadcrumbs and form into cutlets.
STEP 6

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the prepared cutlets. Fry them over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. The finished cutlets will turn an appetizing golden color.
STEP 7

Delicious, juicy and aromatic cutlets are ready! They can be supplemented with any side dish and fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
