  1. STEP 1

The base of the cake will be meringue. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites, adding a pinch of salt. When foam appears, add sugar gradually, beat for 10 minutes, at the end add citric acid and vanillin.

    STEP 2

Place a third of the meringue in a pastry bag with a smooth tube 1 cm in diameter, and place the rest on pastry paper or a silicone mat in the shape of two circles with a diameter of 20 cm. From the pastry bag we pipe small round meringues, which will be used for decoration. And set to bake at 120 degrees - 30 minutes (leave the oven door ajar for the first 10 minutes), then at 100 degrees for 1 hour, and leave to cool in the oven.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cream 1: beat the butter until white, then add condensed milk to it little by little, beat. Set aside a third of the cream

Grease the top and sides with white cream. Spread the meringue on top around the entire circumference.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

For Christmas trees, we bake a green sponge cake, adding spinach to it. It does not have a distinct color or smell, but it will add color. Let’s beat it with vegetable oil in a blender.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Beat the eggs with sugar in a mixer, add lemon zest and vanilla sugar at the end.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

And mix the spinach mixture with flour and baking powder into them in three steps.

  10. STEP 10

Pour the biscuit onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Remove the finished biscuit from the baking sheet and let it cool. Using a pizza cutter, or better yet, cut out “stars”, one larger than the other, from the biscuit.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Cream 2: Whip heavy cold cream with powdered sugar.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

We grease the Christmas trees and the sides of the cake with cream. There is no need to level the sides of the cake; we grease it carelessly so that it resembles snow and snowdrifts.

    STEP 14

We put the Christmas trees one on the cake, the other next to it.

  15. STEP 15
