I found a wonderful recipe, the preparation of which solves the issue of preparing a meat dish and a side dish for it. These are meatballs with potatoes in the oven. I took minced beef, grated the onion on a fine grater and added a squeezed, pre-soaked piece of bread. I mixed everything and it turned out to be a pleasant, homogeneous mass from which it was convenient to sculpt: it did not stick to your hands. I cut the potatoes and boiled them in salted water for about ten minutes. I put the meatballs in the mold and placed the potatoes between them. I poured it with a sauce made from tomato paste, sour cream and water. I also added a mixture of peppers and khmeli-suneli to the sauce. I set it to bake. Meatballs with potatoes and gravy from the sauce are a very tasty and satisfying dish. I recommend it for cooking!
