Meatballs with cabbage

Let's prepare the products. Peel the onions and carrots.

Wash the meat, dry it and grind it into mince. You can use any meat - pork, beef, chicken, turkey. I have pork.
STEP 3

Then grind the cabbage in a meat grinder.

Combine the minced meat and cabbage, add salt and pepper to taste, add dry spices and any seasonings you like. Mix well.
STEP 5

Cut the onion into cubes.
STEP 6

Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
STEP 7

In a frying pan (in which you will stew the meatballs), sauté the vegetables in a small amount of vegetable oil.
STEP 8

Add tomato paste, laurel, allspice, water - stir and bring to a boil.
STEP 9

Combine sour cream with flour and mix well.
STEP 10

Add to the pan, stir and let it boil.
STEP 11

Form meatballs from the meat mass.
STEP 12

Place our meatballs in the boiling gravy, let it boil, turn the heat to low, cover and simmer until done, about 40 minutes.
STEP 13
