    STEP 1

    Let's prepare the products.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the rice well in several waters and cook. Pour water 1:3. Cook until slightly undercooked.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

If you have ready-made minced meat, skip this step. If the fillet is like mine, you need to grind it in a meat grinder along with the onion.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

    Mix the finished minced meat.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Cool the cooked rice until half cooked.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add rice to the minced meat.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Then add the raw egg, salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite spices and seasonings. Mix everything well.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

With hands dipped in water, form meatballs. Slightly larger than a chicken egg.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the meatballs. Just a little - so that they grab a little.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Place the fried meatballs in a multicooker bowl.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Prepare the sauce. In a bowl or bowl, mix sour cream, tomato sauce and water. I have homemade tomato sauce. If you have concentrated tomato paste, 2 tablespoons is enough.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Pour the sauce over our meatballs.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Place the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid and turn on the “stew” mode for 1 hour.

I prepared meatballs in sour cream and tomato sauce in a slow cooker according to this recipe. I took ready-made minced chicken, boiled the rice in advance and cooled it. I added a homemade egg, seasonings - Italian herbs and paprika according to the author's advice. I fried the meat balls in a slow cooker in the frying mode for 15 minutes on both sides. To fill, I mixed sour cream and tomato paste (I have it frozen) and water. I also added bay leaf, salt and freshly ground pepper. I stewed the meatballs in sour cream and tomato sauce in a slow cooker for 20 minutes, turning on the stewing mode. It turned out awesome. Delicious meatballs, juicy and soft. The sauce is great. The perfect combination of all ingredients. I served the meatballs with pasta, topped with sour cream and tomato sauce. Both big and small enjoyed the dish. Delicious! I recommend everyone to try it! Many thanks to the author 😊
