Meatballs in sour cream and tomato sauce in a slow cooker
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's prepare the products.
STEP 2
Rinse the rice well in several waters and cook. Pour water 1:3. Cook until slightly undercooked.
STEP 3
If you have ready-made minced meat, skip this step. If the fillet is like mine, you need to grind it in a meat grinder along with the onion.
STEP 4
Mix the finished minced meat.
STEP 5
Cool the cooked rice until half cooked.
STEP 6
Add rice to the minced meat.
STEP 7
Then add the raw egg, salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite spices and seasonings. Mix everything well.
STEP 8
With hands dipped in water, form meatballs. Slightly larger than a chicken egg.
STEP 9
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the meatballs. Just a little - so that they grab a little.
STEP 10
Place the fried meatballs in a multicooker bowl.
STEP 11
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl or bowl, mix sour cream, tomato sauce and water. I have homemade tomato sauce. If you have concentrated tomato paste, 2 tablespoons is enough.
STEP 12
Pour the sauce over our meatballs.
STEP 13
Place the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid and turn on the “stew” mode for 1 hour.
STEP 14
After an hour, the finished meatballs smell incredible!
STEP 15
Place the meatballs in a plate and pour over the delicious sauce! Serve with sour cream.
STEP 16
Bon appetit!
