For the filling, I boiled the eggs, finely chopped the onion and fried until golden brown. Mixed chopped eggs and onions. She pinched off the minced meat, placed it on her palm, put a teaspoon of filling in the middle and pinched the edges, forming a cutlet. I made all the zrazy this way. I had minced pork, 50/50 beef, added onions and garlic to it, it turned out delicious. Next time I'll add more liquid. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
