    Peel the onions and cut into halves or quarters. Remove the stem. Scroll the meat and onions through a meat grinder. You can do this twice to make the minced meat more tender.

    Wash the egg and dry with napkins. Beat a raw egg into the minced meat. Add spices to taste: salt and ground black pepper. Stir the minced meat with a spoon so that the egg is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

I was interested in Snezhana’s recipe: meat zrazy with cheese and decided to make it for dinner. I had minced pork. Peeled the onion and minced it into minced meat. Added one egg, spices, salt and thoroughly mixed the minced meat, beating it lightly. For the filling, I grated the cheese on a fine grater, added boiled yolk, chopped herbs (I used parsley) and mixed. I pinched a little from the minced meat and formed a flat cake in the palm of my hand, put the filling inside and carefully pinched it together. In this way I formed all the images.
