    How to bake meat in pieces in the oven? Prepare your food. Pork is the best meat. You can take it from the neck part, I took schnitzels. Take any spices according to your taste or availability. Vegetable oil - refined, odorless.

    Wash the pork, dry it well and cut into large pieces. Make the pieces approximately the same size as for kebab. Pieces that are too small may end up dry.

    Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

    Place the meat in a deep bowl in which you plan to marinate it. Sprinkle the meat with spices and mix well.

    Add the onion to the meat and crush it with your hands to release the juice. Stir.

    Add tomato paste and vegetable oil.

    Stir again and leave the meat to marinate in a cool place for 3 hours. I cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the refrigerator. If you have time, you can leave the meat to marinate overnight.

    After the time has passed, transfer the marinated meat and onions to a piece of foil folded in half.

    Cover the meat with the edges of the foil and carefully wrap the edges so that the juice does not leak out during baking. To be on the safe side, you can wrap the meat in another layer of foil. Transfer the meat in foil to a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 30 minutes.

    After half an hour, unwrap the foil, reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake the meat for another 30 minutes. It should be covered with a golden brown crust. Keep in mind that everyone's oven is different. Cooking temperatures and times may differ from those indicated in the recipe. Remove the finished meat from the oven and serve immediately. There is nothing more offensive when meat is marinated and a storm warning is issued. Of course, in such a situation, Khrumka always rushes to the rescue. A couple of minutes of searching and a suitable recipe is found! We had pork neck, a ready-made set of spices for pork. The meat was marinated for 6 hours on the balcony. I baked it on a baking sheet under foil for 40 minutes, our pieces were large, then I removed the foil, placed it on the second shelf from the top and turned on the “grill”. I made a sauce for the meat. It turned out very juicy, aromatic, with a crispy, delicious crust. So soft, delicious. Great recipe, enjoy cooking!
