    Place spices at the bottom of clean, sterilized jars. In each jar, a couple of sprigs of fresh basil, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 allspice peas, 5 black peppercorns, 1 bay leaf, dill umbrella and 5 coriander seeds. You can choose other spices that suit your taste.

    In jars filled with spices, add tomatoes, which we first pierce in the area of ​​the stalk with a toothpick, and plums in layers. Having filled the jar to the end, pour boiling water over it and leave the tomatoes and plums to warm up for 20 minutes.

    After the time has passed, drain the water from all the jars into a separate pan and prepare a brine based on it. Add salt and sugar to the water, put the brine on the stove and boil for 5 minutes, add vinegar and boil for another 2 minutes. Pour the hot marinade into the jars, immediately roll them up, turn them over and wrap them until they cool completely.
