STEP 1

For blanching, place three kilograms of tomatoes one by one in a net and lower them into boiling water for one or two minutes, then transfer them to a saucepan with cold water.
STEP 3
Having taken the tomatoes out of the pan, transfer them to a plate and, using a knife, carefully remove the skin from each vegetable.

If desired, cut out the stems of the tomatoes.

Cut a head of onion into rings, cut one sweet bell pepper into strips and parsley to taste.

After boiling on the stove, carefully pour the finished marinade, starting with a small amount, to the very top into sterilized jars.
STEP 12
