Mannik with raisins
Fast, simple, tasty - the perfect addition to tea! It is prepared very simply, like baking, and the table and hands are clean, an excellent alternative to semolina porridge, the children eat it themselves, without any requests or persuasion, I added raisins to the dough, as they made the semolina more fun. You can bake in small muffin tins, next time I will do so, since my mold turned out to be very large for the given amount of dough and my manna did not turn out so tall, which upset me a little, but pleased me with the ease of cutting, small triangles the manna quickly disappeared from the plate. STEP 1
Let's prepare the products. To avoid heating the milk, you can take it out of the refrigerator in advance.

In a bowl, grind the sugar and egg until smooth, add cold milk, mix, you can use a blender so that there are no lumps, add washed raisins, previously scalded with boiling water, mix semolina with sugar in a separate container and add to the total mass, leave for 20 minutes for swelling. Sift the flour, add vanillin, baking powder and gradually add to the semolina mixture.
STEP 3
Grease the mold with butter, sprinkle with flour and add the semolina mixture.
STEP 4
Place the mold in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
STEP 5
Removed from the oven and let cool.
