STEP 1
How to make pasta with meat and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take the pasta that is hollow so that it has filling inside - it will be tastier. Choose pork that is not fatty and boneless.
STEP 2
Let the pasta cook. Boil them in hot water according to the instructions on the package. Do not cook them a little, literally 1-2 minutes. Then place the pasta in a colander to drain the hot water.
STEP 3
Cut the meat into small pieces. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place the chopped meat in a frying pan and fry until golden brown.
STEP 4
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Add chopped onion to the pan with the meat. Stir and fry everything together for 2-3 minutes. Add a little salt and spices to the meat to taste.
STEP 5
In a separate bowl, combine cream and eggs. Salt it a little. Use cream of any fat content. Some of the cream can be replaced with milk.
STEP 6
For baking, take any heat-resistant form. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil and place half of the boiled pasta on the bottom.
STEP 7
Then lay out the fried meat and distribute it evenly over the entire surface.

Place the remaining pasta on top and pour the creamy egg mixture over it.
STEP 9
Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
STEP 10
After the specified time, remove the sheet of foil from the pan and sprinkle the macaroni with grated cheese. Return the casserole to the oven for another 10 minutes.
STEP 11
Pasta casserole with meat and cheese is ready! Remove the pan from the oven and serve hot. Bon appetit!
