STEP 1

How to make lula kebab from chicken in the oven? Prepare everything you need for this. For chicken meat I will use breast fillet and drumstick fillet. If you take only breast fillets, then this type of meat is a little dry. Therefore, dilute it a little to make the minced meat juicier.
STEP 2

First, soak the wooden skewers in water to soak them. Dry skewers will burn in the oven.
STEP 3

Peel the onion, rinse and cut into pieces.
STEP 4

Scroll the chicken meat through a meat grinder and turn it into minced meat.
STEP 5

Next, scroll through the chopped onion and add it to the bowl with the minced meat. Then add starch. Add a little paprika, dry spices and salt to taste. Chicken does not have a distinct flavor, but it can be complemented with aromatic spices. Focus on your taste.
STEP 6

Finely chop the bell pepper and fresh herbs and add to the bowl with the minced meat. Mix all ingredients well to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
STEP 7

Beat the entire mass a little on the bottom of the bowl. This will make the minced meat denser, and the lula kebab will not fall apart when baking. The binder in minced meat is starch. Be guided by its quantity based on the consistency of the minced meat. The finished meat mass should be dense, mold well with your hands and keep its shape.
STEP 8

Line a baking tray with parchment. With wet hands, form small sausages. Place the prepared skewers in the center and press them into the middle. Place all the preparations on a baking sheet, at a short distance from each other. and place them in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
STEP 9

Cook them for about 10-15 minutes. Then open the oven and turn them over. The meat is already a little baked, so turning the lula over will not be difficult. Leave them in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. The times are approximate, use your oven as a guide! Read about the operation of ovens in a separate article at the end of the recipe. During baking, the lula will become golden in color and even fry a little.
