I only used chicken breast. I ground the breast into mince using a grater. Frozen fillet, grated directly from the freezer on a coarse grater, it turned out to be excellent minced meat. I also grated the onion and bell pepper on a coarse grater and added them to the minced meat. I added spices and chopped parsley to the minced meat, and I also added vegetable oil to the minced meat for juiciness. I mixed everything. The minced meat was obedient, easily molded into a baking sheet, the baking paper was replaced with foil. I baked it in the oven for 15 minutes on one side and only 5 minutes on the other. Lula kebab is very tasty, juicy, it has such an unusual delicate taste of chicken fillet. Thank you.
