Firstly, it looks very beautiful, and secondly, it must be extremely tasty, the jelly is not very sweet (since it is prepared without sugar, only natural juice), when I make it, I will pour the pate in portions, in small round molds and not high so that you can then simply turn our layer of pate and jelly sandwich onto the bun and a layer of jelly will appear on top - it will be very festive and look like a surprise)))
