STEP 1

How to make vegetarian pasta in wine sauce? We prepare the products according to the list and follow the recipe on how to cook lean pasta with tomato sauce.
STEP 2

The first part of the dish, which is its basis, is the easiest. Simply add the pasta to boiling salted water and cook until tender, according to the instructions on the package. Next, drain the liquid from them, placing them in a colander. Afterwards, let it fry a little in a small amount of olive oil.
STEP 3

Now the second part begins; without it, eating lean pasta will not be a joy. Of course, the sauce will improve the situation. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
STEP 4

Pour olive oil into a saucepan and add chopped onion.
STEP 5

Add a tablespoon of flour and mix. You can turn on the stove. Fry the food in a saucepan, stirring with a spoon. We stop when the onion changes color from translucent to golden. Then dilute the mixture with a glass of white wine.
STEP 6

Continue cooking, stirring the contents of the pan. Now add tomato paste to it, pour a little more water and add additives, including sugar. From this moment, roasting turns into stewing, so we reduce the heat a little.
STEP 7

We control the process with periodic stirring. This last portion of cooking takes about 15 minutes. The sauce should be quite thick by now.
STEP 8

Remove it from the stove and pour in the lean pasta.
STEP 9

Now you can eat it in a pleasant mood.
