I made lean vegetarian pasta in wine sauce as a side dish, but it turned out that they were good as an independent dish. When I made the sauce, I didn’t add white wine, I replaced it with a few tablespoons of cherry plum vinegar. In addition to tomato paste, I also added homemade adjika and dried parsley. I didn’t add any sugar. It turned out delicious, even the kids liked it! Thanks for the simple and quick recipe!
