I love millet porridge with both meat and vegetables. This time I made lean millet porridge. Before cooking, I washed the millet and poured boiling water over it for a couple of minutes so that the porridge did not become bitter. While the millet was cooking, I fried the onion and added frozen bell peppers and champignons to it. Added water and simmered until cooked. Millet porridge goes very well with mushrooms, I liked it!
