A very simple and tasty, aromatic pie, according to my grandmother’s recipe. Whenever I ask my family what to bake for tea, the answer is always the same: lemon pie. I don’t know what’s so special about it, try it, maybe it will become a favorite in your family.

    Place the dough in a warm place and let it rise 1-2 times.

    Cut the lemon and grind in a blender

    Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out the bottom layer with a rolling pin and place it on greased parchment in a mold. Make sides. Pour in the filling, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

    Roll out the top layer of dough (you can take it a little less than the bottom layer) Carefully place it on the filling, pinch the edges well. Make a small hole in the middle. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

    Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 for about 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with a towel, and let the pie rest.
