Ingredients

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add two tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt
STEP 3

Grind softened margarine with 3 cups of flour.
STEP 4

Pour the dough into the flour.
STEP 5

Gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough.
STEP 6

Place the dough in a warm place and let it rise 1-2 times.
STEP 7

Cut the lemon and grind in a blender
STEP 8

Add sugar to lemon
STEP 9

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out the bottom layer with a rolling pin and place it on greased parchment in a mold. Make sides. Pour in the filling, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
STEP 10

Roll out the top layer of dough (you can take it a little less than the bottom layer) Carefully place it on the filling, pinch the edges well. Make a small hole in the middle. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 11

Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 for about 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with a towel, and let the pie rest.
STEP 12

Cut when cool.
