This is the case when I risk criticizing the author, because... I didn't like the recipe. I made everything according to the recipe, but in slightly smaller proportions, I diluted the sour cream and egg filling with homemade yogurt, but I think that such a filling does not go well with the liver, it gives a slight sourness, but I want some piquancy, so I had to spread mayonnaise on top. If you make this dish, do it without filling at all, and after cooling, grease it with mayonnaise. Of course, everyone’s taste is different, but I want objectivity in evaluating dishes, taking into account different opinions.
