The dough turned out thick, it was difficult to stir with a spoon. I took a frying pan with a diameter of 22 cm. I baked the khachapuri over low heat until it was well baked. It is convenient to turn over using a large lid and plate. It turned out to be tall, about 2-3 cm thick. Inside the khachapuri is porous, juicy, and you can feel the cottage cheese well. Delicious!
