I took premium and whole grain flour 1:1. The cheese is ordinary hard, I grated it on a coarse grater. I placed the cheese mass in a frying pan, in which I had previously melted the butter. The cake set well and turned over easily with the help of the lid. Khachapuri according to this recipe is very tasty and creamy! The aroma and taste of cheese is simply magical! They are also filling, perfect for breakfast!
