    How to fry pita bread with an egg? Prepare all products. Wash the egg and dry it with a napkin. Place the egg in a bowl and beat it with a fork.

    Place the frying pan on the stove and heat it up. Add a teaspoon of butter to the pan and melt it.

I often stuff pita bread with cheese, but I haven’t tried it yet to fry it this way. I think you can also add boiled chicken to the cheese filling. It is also very tasty if you cut pickled cheese (feta, feta cheese, suluguni) with herbs and put it in the filling, after which it is fried in butter according to your method.
