Lavash sausage cheese egg in a frying pan

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make pita bread with sausage, cheese and egg in a frying pan? Prepare your food. You can use any sausage, I liked it with half-smoked sausage, I think it will be just as good with boiled sausage. But it’s better not to use hard smoked smoked one. Choose cheese that melts well. Boil the eggs first. I cooked using two eggs, reducing other ingredients accordingly.
STEP 2
Peel the sausage from the casing and cut into small cubes. Alternatively, you can grate the sausage product on a coarse grater, then the filling will be more tender and uniform.
STEP 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 4
Peel the boiled eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.
STEP 5
Wash the greens and dry them well, otherwise the pita bread will get wet. Chop it as finely as possible. I took dill, but you can use your favorite one or leave it out altogether, it’s a matter of taste.
STEP 6
Take a large bowl and place all the chopped ingredients in it. Add a little salt and ground black pepper. Keep in mind that the filling will contain salty cheese and sausage, do not oversalt it. Add sour cream. The fat content can be any, it doesn’t matter. Instead of sour cream, you can use mayonnaise, then you definitely won’t need salt. But the calorie content of the dish will also increase.
STEP 7
Stir ingredients for filling. The result will be something like a salad.
STEP 8
Take thin pita bread and cut it into squares. Mine came out to 6 pieces, just enough for all the filling. The dimensions of the squares are approximately 20*20 cm. I do not recommend making small rolls, the filling will fall out of them. The most convenient way to cut pita bread is with scissors.
STEP 9
Place the filling in a strip on the edges of the pita bread. I used about two tablespoons for each serving.
STEP 10
Wrap the pita bread with a tube. I did not fold the edges so that there would be no too thick pieces of dough.
STEP 11
These are the rolls we ended up with.
STEP 12
Heat a frying pan over low heat, pour vegetable oil into it. Use the amount of oil as desired. I poured a little so that the rolls were just lightly fried, but not soaked in oil. With a large quantity you will get a strong roast, if you like, fry it that way. Place pita bread with filling in a frying pan.
STEP 13
Fry it over low heat until golden brown, then turn it over to the other side.
STEP 14
Remove the finished rolls from the pan onto a plate with a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
STEP 15
Serve the rolls to the table in any form - they are good both hot and cold. Bon appetit!
