Lamb pilaf in a slow cooker

Do you cook in a slow cooker? Then delicious lamb pilaf is for you! I really love cooking in a slow cooker and one of my favorite foods cooked with it is rice! It always turns out simply amazing; you can’t cook it like that in a regular saucepan! So the pilaf turned out to be very, very worthy, may the peoples for whom pilaf is a national dish forgive me, but for me it is in no way inferior to something cooked in a cauldron

I liked the recipe for pilaf in a slow cooker. I really like cooking in a slow cooker, it’s simple and quick. No need to stand near the stove. I decided to make this dish for dinner for the whole family. I used lamb pilaf in a slow cooker as a basis, replacing it with meat that is more familiar to us. Lamb has a peculiar taste and not everyone likes it. I used pork pulp for pilaf. I fried the vegetables as described in the recipe, I threw out the cracklings. Then I added the meat and cooked until golden brown. I added round rice, cumin, turmeric, salt, pepper and pilaf seasoning. I took 5 heads of garlic, I really like stewed garlic) I added water and cooked in the “pilaf” mode for 35 minutes in a slow cooker. A worthy recipe! The rice came out fluffy, the meat was tender, and the vegetables were soft. The pilaf turned out to be spicy and aromatic. I served pilaf with tomato salad. The dinner was sumptuous and filling.
