I cooked kuyrdak in Kazakh style for the first course. Therefore, I needed more water than in the recipe. From the products I took those that were on hand - instead of lamb, pork, dried Provencal herbs for spices. In addition, potatoes, onions, carrots, salt, vegetable oil for frying. The result is an amazingly tasty dish! The broth is hearty, rich with golden stars of fat, the vegetables are very soft, the meat is appetizing, tender, melting in your mouth. Wonderful recipe!
