How to very quickly and easily prepare a spicy salad of young seasonal zucchini with onions and carrots with garlic in Korean, which will definitely appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with its wonderful taste? First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices to prepare Korean zucchini salad.
STEP 2

To prepare a Korean salad, take two young zucchini with a total weight of one kilogram and cut into arbitrary thin discs.
STEP 3

Cut the zucchini pucks into thin, random strips and place them in a large bowl.
STEP 4

Add two teaspoons of salt to a common bowl, then mix well and press the zucchini cut into strips with salt so that they release their moisture as quickly as possible and set the bowl aside.
STEP 5

Take a Korean grater and grate two hundred grams of pre-peeled carrots into a deep bowl.
STEP 6

Take a frying pan and place it on the switched on stove, then pour one hundred milliliters of vegetable oil into it, then lay out two hundred and fifty grams of onions, pre-cut into half rings, and fry them for exactly one minute on medium stove temperature.
STEP 7

Place grated carrots in a frying pan with onions, then mix the vegetables together and heat the carrots for two minutes on medium heat on the stove.
STEP 8

Turn off the stove and add one teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of hot red pepper, half a teaspoon of coriander to the pan and mix all the ingredients together, then remove the pan with the prepared dressing from the stove and let it cool.
STEP 9

Squeeze the zucchini straws well from the resulting juice with your hands and place them in a deep bowl.
STEP 10

Place the previously prepared and cooled vegetable dressing from the frying pan into a bowl with zucchini strips.
STEP 11

Pour one heaped teaspoon of sugar into a common bowl, add half a teaspoon of ground black pepper, three large cloves of garlic passed through a press and mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 12

Add one teaspoon of 70% vinegar essence to the bowl with the salad and mix all the ingredients well, then set the bowl with the salad aside and let it brew for a while.
STEP 13

Roughly chop parsley leaves to taste and add to a common bowl, then mix all the ingredients together and serve the bowl with the prepared salad to the table.
