Just a great recipe! I used to cook something similar, only without cheese and mayonnaise. And I didn't add garlic. I simply put the potatoes, as for potato pancakes, in a baking dish, and it turns out to be a potato pie. Your recipe is much more interesting! Mayonnaise with garlic will add piquancy, and the cheese crust on top will also be very tasty! I can already imagine the wonderful taste and aroma! Thank you very much for the wonderful recipe!

I made this casserole. I placed it in the pan in a layer that was too thick, so it took more time to bake in the oven. This dish is quicker to prepare on the stove than in the oven, and tastes great. Thanks for the recipe, try it and experiment.
