Kefir pies with yeast in a frying pan

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to fry pies with kefir and yeast? Prepare your ingredients. We will fry the pies with minced meat filling. We will prepare the dough using dough, but in a quick way. Pour a tablespoon of sugar, a tablespoon of flour into a bowl, and pour half a glass of warm water. Whisk the mixture until the sugar dissolves and the flour disperses. Add dry yeast, stir the mixture and leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes.
STEP 2

In the meantime, prepare the other ingredients. Kefir should be at room temperature. You can burn it in the microwave for 15 seconds on medium power, but make sure it doesn't curl or curdle. Sift the flour, it is better to do this a couple of times so that it is saturated with oxygen.
STEP 3

Beat a chicken egg into a bowl and beat it with a fork. Pour in warm kefir, prepared dough, add salt and vegetable oil. Stir the mixture. We begin to add the sifted wheat flour. Add the flour in parts, stirring the mixture each time with a spoon or wooden spatula. When it becomes difficult to knead the mixture with a spoon, place the dough on a floured work surface and begin kneading it with your hands.
STEP 4

Yeast dough loves your hands, so you need to knead it for as long as possible, at least 15 minutes. Then put the dough back into the bowl. Cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for 2 hours. When the dough has risen, knead it and let it rise again.
STEP 5

Let's prepare the filling. You can take ready-made minced meat or prepare it yourself from a mixture of beef and pork; such minced meat as a filling will be more tender, juicy and tasty. To it you need to add finely chopped onions and spices: ground black pepper and salt to taste.
STEP 6

Let's start forming the pies. Divide the dough into equal pieces, roll each of them into a flat cake. Place some minced meat in the middle and pinch the edges. Let the pies sit on the table for about 5 minutes.
STEP 7

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the pies on it, fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve the pies to the table. Bon appetit!
