A very interesting recipe. I prepared it and was satisfied. The combination of salty pancakes and sweet cream was alarming. I didn’t use sesame, I don’t really like it. I liked it better the next morning (I cooked it late in the evening and tried it an hour later), I didn’t notice the contrast in taste. Very, very gentle. My husband was indescribably delighted and ate almost all of it himself. It was nice to bake pancakes without oil and not have to grease them. The pancakes turned out thin, but the cake was tall. The indicated portion of cream was perfect. THANK YOU, DANYA-YUM, for such a wonderful pancake cake!!!
