    Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with 1 tablespoon. spoon sugar into a strong foam.

    Mix the yolks with vanilla sugar, flour and add milk. Mix everything thoroughly without lumps and combine with the beaten egg whites. Mix carefully.

    Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into four halves, and cut the halves into thin slices.

    Grease a frying pan with butter, spread the mixture evenly and add apple slices on top. They also add steamed raisins, but this is not for everybody, I didn’t add it. Close the lid and fry the pancake over medium heat until golden brown. Then turn it over and fry until done. A minute before it’s ready, use spatulas to tear the pancake into pieces. Sprinkle the finished omelette with powdered sugar. It is advisable to eat it hot.
