In order to cook Idaho potatoes in the oven, I took new potatoes, choosing even and smooth tubers. The skin of the potatoes is thin, I like to bake directly with it. I cut the tubers into 4-6 pieces, poured boiling water over them and boiled for 5 minutes. Then I cooled it down. During this time I prepared a super rich and flavorful marinade. I haven’t used ketchup and mustard for this yet, I was wondering what would happen. My paprika is smoked, I love this taste) And I took garlic powder. I was somehow afraid to use fresh herbs, I thought they would burn. But no, the parsley and dill did not burn) I laid out the fragrant slices on parchment, it’s convenient, you don’t need to wash the baking sheet later. Bake for 40 minutes. During this time, the potatoes became golden, beautiful, and bright! And what an amazing aroma! As expected, the potato wedges turned out soft on the inside, and the outside was slightly crispy, reminiscent of fries. All the spices came in handy, even the mustard. The potatoes do not taste spicy, just a little) Very tasty!
